Student Opportunities

Students are an integral part of the work we do at Innocence Canada. We are proud to facilitate a variety of in-person and virtual opportunities for students across the country. Students working at Innocence Canada can expect to gain hands-on casework experience as well as benefit from specialized educational programming on wrongful convictions.

Available Opportunities

Each year we hire one articling student. This position is generously funded through the Law Foundation of Ontario Public Interest Articling Fellowship Program.

We are now accepting articling applications for 2025-2026! We will be hiring one articling student. You must apply through the ViLawPortal, linked here.
