Robert Sanderson, whose 1996 conviction for three murders is being investigated as a "likely" miscarriage of justice has been denied bail while he awaits the federal justice minister's review of his case. Mr. Sanderson has served 22 years in prison for a crime Innocence Canada believes he did not commit.
