Take the opportunity to join us as we welcome and acknowledge the wrongly convicted, their families, advocates, and supporters at a special gathering in their honour.
The evening will commence at 5:00pm with a reception followed by an evening’s programme from 6:30pm to 9:00pm that involves the introduction of the exonerees and their families, unveiling of artwork, the
presentation of the Rubin Hurricane Carter Champion of Justice Award, the Tracey Tyler Award, and the Donald Marshall Junior Award, musical performances and much more!
In attendance from across Canada will be the wrongly convicted, along with advocates, supporters, friends, sponsors, and other special guests.
This event is hosted by Innocence Canada and the International Wrongful Conviction Day Committee.
