The application contains a waiver setting out the terms of the case review as well as an authorization that permits Innocence Canada to collect information about your case. You must sign both forms and your signing must be witnessed by another person before a case review can begin.

Eligibility
Criteria
We’re accepting applications from individuals who:
Have been convicted of a homicide offence and maintain their innocence.
Have exhausted their appeals to their Provincial Court of Appeal or the Supreme Court of Canada.
